DON’T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK: SKATING ON MOONBEAMS

The sound of Alex crying didn’t go unnoticed. Nicky Moonbeam, the Man in the Moon, heard his crying. He shined a moonbeam down into Alex’s room flashing his beams. Nicky asked, “hey there little guy, why all the tears?”
Alex was confused. He saw the light and heard Nicky’s voice, but he didn’t understand. “Who’s there?” he asked.
“It’s me, Nicky Moonbeam, the Man in the Moon” said Nicky. “I just hate to hear children cry. What’s making you so sad?”
